Weekly schedule

How to set up and maintain the weekly recurring schedule(s).

Calendar/ location

A weekly schedule can be maintained for each calendar/ location you have created in your settings. Switch between calendar/ location with the drop-down button at the top left of the page.

The weekly recurring schedule is separated from the actual session calendar so you don’t have to adjust the ‘standard’ schedule for temporary changes.

Your default location/ calendar is determined by your personal profile settings. Want to change your default location/ calendar? Go to Profile Settings →

Recurring sessions

  • Create a recurring session by clicking on the “Add recurring session” tile (or “Plus” icon if your are on mobile)
  • Edit an existing recurring session by clicking on the session in the calendar view

Both actions will open the recurring session details dialog where you can:

  • Select the session type
  • Select the days on which the session occurs
  • Enter the start time (hour and minute)
  • Enter the duration of the session
  • Enter the number of spots (the maximum number of people allowed to subscribe)
  • Select whether members can purchase this session and if so, the session cost. If you allow ‘single purchases’, any member that doesn’t have the session type included in their subscription can choose to register by paying the session cost (the extra charge will be clearly indicated to the member when registering for the session)

Click “Save” to save the session, “Cancel” to disregard the changes, or “Delete” to delete the recurring session.

Employee schedule

Click on the “Employees” slider to define/ maintain the employee schedule. The available employees will be shown on the right, with their personal color. The recurring sessions are colored depending on the employee responsible for the session. If no employee is linked the color of the session will be light grey.

To add or change the employee:

  • Click on an session
  • Select the employee from the list
  • Click “Save” to update the session, or “Cancel” to disregard the changes
